When will tenants be able to move into Robert Nicklin Place?
Currently, we hold optimism about commencing tenant move-ins at Robert Nicklin Place in early December 2023 and January 2024. We first need to obtain an official occupancy permit from our contractor.
As an example, if I move-in on December 15, 2023 will I be responsible to pay the entire months rent for December 2023?
For tenants who are moving into Robert Nicklin Place during a specific month, your rent will be adjusted proportionally to cover the period from your possession date until the end of that month.
When can I make an appointment to see a suite at Robert Nicklin Place?
At present, the building is designated as a construction zone. We are aiming to host an Open House tentatively in November 2023, contingent upon our ability to safely grant access to visitors inside the building. This will be confirmed and posted on the web site in early November.
Are pets allowed at Robert Nicklin Place?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Robert Nicklin Place. However, we do allow Emotional Support Animals (ESA) that have been approved in advance.
Are the suites equipped with a washer and dryer?
The majority of the suites at Robert Nicklin Place have been furnished with hook-ups for a washer and dryer. This allows residents to bring their own stackable washer and dryer and easily install them in their units.
If I don’t have a washer and dryer, are there laundry services at Robert Nicklin Place?
On each of the six floors, there is a dedicated laundry room that will be equipped with a washer and dryer. These machines will be accessible through card operation or a mobile app on your phone. The cost for each washer or dryer load will be $1.50.
Do the suites all have a dishwasher?
Yes, all suites have a dishwasher installed.
How large are the suites at Robert Nicklin Place?
Suite sizes differ based on their individual configurations. With that in mind, here are the average square footage for a one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units.

Will there be enough parking stalls for me to have more than one?
Robert Nicklin Place has a limited number of parking stalls. Tenants will only have one stall available to them as parking in the secured underground lot is limited.
Are Electric Vehicle chargers available at Robert Nicklin Place?
Yes, there will be several EV chargers available for tenants at Robert Nicklin Place. For those using an EV charger, there will be an additional monthly fee.
